In 2020, the DFFH – Wimmera South West division highlighted the need to view health from a social determinants of health perspective. Bringing together all Western Region Primary Care Partnerships to co-design a new framework.

DFFH commissioned a literature review of liveability, looking at major themes and bodies of work internationally, nationally, and specifically in the Victorian context. It also identifies some of the work undertaken on liveability in Western Victoria, and the differences between liveability in urban, regional, and rural settings.
